Describe your perfect day:
On the perfect day, I would wake up feeling completely well-rested after a good night's sleep. I'd have a calm morning at my own pace, with a really good cup of morning coffee, and I can look forward to a day in new surroundings. I'd be somewhere I can explore and discover a completely new area. Preferably a warm place! I have no plans, so I can do whatever comes to mind. Around me, there are one or two people whom I care deeply about - and it would also be lovely to have a sweet dog. And to end the day in the perfect way, I want to laugh from the depths of my stomach with someone I love. We just need to be totally present in the moment. An evening with 100% presence, and maybe we give each other a soulful hug, where we really mean it.

When do you feel most like yourself?
There are probably several situations...

• When I really cry in front of someone I care about.
• When I get to hold space for people in my workshop - encouraging them to dream bigger.
• When I use my voice to speak from my heart.
• When I'm with my closest friend - there, I can almost fulfill all of the above. I can be 100% myself, and I can be completely honest about everything. It's a safe space.
